The Company started as Barry & Barry Builders in 1992 and was incorporated in 2004 and was issued another license as Barrybuilt Corporation.

Servicing a large area from Pasadena to Santa Monica, and from Manhatten Beach to Chatsworth. All of Los Angeles, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, West L.A, Pacific Palisades, Sunset Hills, Marina Del Rey, The Mulholland Corridor, Culver City, Playa Del Rey, Malibu, Topanga Canyon, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Bell Canyon, Coldwater Canyon, Laurel Canyon, Encino, Thousand Oaks, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio CIty, Etc.

Owner and CEO of Barrybuilt is Fredric James Barry is a graduate of UCLA, a licensed General Building Contractor . Vice President is Karen Jo Barry an accomplished design coordinator.

Barrybuilt and his clients are protected by $1,000,000.00 worker's compensation insurance and $2,000,000.00 liability insurance. Barrybuilt is a member in fine standing of the Better Business Bureau and The western Regional Master Builders Association.

Barrybuilt has performed their services for well known law firms, well known celibrities, businesses and mainly the general public. We are very proud of our perfect record having never been served, sued or had a complaint filed at the State Contractor's License Board.

We have built the best quality - hi end - multi family condos at the beach, luxury offices of a well known credit card company and law firm inside Hangar # 7 at Santa Monica Airport, and custom built homes for individuals. Additionally, we have remodeled hundreds of single family houses. We have enjoyed servicing a diversified clientele with our bread and butter being residential remodeling, kitchen baths and additions. 2cd. stories, kitchen and bath remodels.

Over the years Barrybuilt has put together a team of well qualified sub contractor's to assist us in our specialized field. Our workers are gentleman and are very good natured.
